We are based in County Tipperary, Ireland.
We welcome a male applicant, we are also open to female applicants.
Applicants must be flexible and prepared to work six days each week. Accommodation will be provided, and access to the local town.(Templemore)
Typical Day:
A typical day begins at 7 am with feeding the horses and maintaining the stables. Horse exercise starts before 8 am, followed by breakfast at 9:30 am for approximately 30 minutes. Horse exercise continues from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, depending on progress and completion of work. There is generally a lunch break at 1:00 pm for one to two hours. Horse care and evening feeding occur from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. This general workday schedule is subject to change based on day-to-day schedules, veterinary care, blacksmith attendance, and travel to competitions around the country.
The new team member will join a group of 4-5 full-time employees and will not be expected to work alone.
Time Off/Social:
During time off, the person can enjoy local amenities such as the tennis club, golf club, mountain trails/trekking, or exploring the local scenery. There are also nice pubs in the area, and transport can be arranged as needed during the applicant’s time off.
Home/Farm:
Our home and farm are quaint and traditional with a very energetic and positive working/living environment. It is nestled in beautiful countryside and close to road networks, making it easy to visit local towns.
English/Language:
If the applicant is interested in improving their English, we will support their learning during their stay and can arrange support from local English language learning centers.
